Customer Reviews

“Sold my device and got $50.40. Super easy and comprehensive process — got a shipping label right away, dropped it off at UPS, and got paid within a couple days. Would definitely use again!”

“It was a smooth process, from getting a quote, to shipping, to money received. Had a hiccup with the value of the device. I described my device inaccurately when getting the quote, and the screen cracked during shipping, both of which drastically lowered its value. While it was frustrating to receive less money than I expected, the company communicated well about the matter. They even worked with me a little on the amount, which was a pleasant surprise. It was nice to be able to work with a real person toward resolution. For these reasons I would recommend the company to a friend for sure!”

“FAST! Process is simple, streamlined, and they don’t mess around with paying you quickly. Offers WAY better than competitors like BackM****t. Would do business with this company again any time.”

“Easy process to sell my old laptop. They sent me a prepaid shipping label, I packed it up and dropped off at UPS, and it made it to their office in a few days. Upon arrival, they inspected it, made an adjustment to the initial offer that reduced it by approximately 20%, and I had my payment via Zelle the same evening.”

“I accidentally sent in the wrong model of laptop, with damage I didn't notice, and the company was extremely fair, kind, and transparent with me. They showed me exactly the damage, as well as verified that the packaging was in tact, so it was not a shipping issue. They then gave me a new price, which I found very fair, and communicated with me back and forth until I agreed on the price. I honestly think they were more kind than they needed to be, given the many mistakes I made. Would totally recommend.”
